Tadeusz Daleczko, urodzony we Wrocławiu, absolwent XIV Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Polonii Belgijskiej oraz Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego (kierunek informatyka). Po ukończeniu studiów pracował w Instytucie Komputerowych Systemów Automatyki i Pomiarów i Zakładach Elektronicznych ELWRO. W 1981r. za pomocą aparatu fotograficznego udokumentował wiele faktów i wydarzeń dziejących się na Uniwersytecie Wrocławskim. Z tego okresu pochodzi najwięcej zdjęć.
