Barkowy Pałac budowany w latach 1527-1580 przez Konrada von Nositza. W 1702 roku pałac został przebudowany przez nowego właściciela Moritza Christiana von Schweintza.; W 1863 pałac kupił baron Aleksander Friedrich Wilhelm von Minutoli, po jego śmierci w 1887 przypadł jego córce Annie małżonce Joachima von Pfeil und Klein Ellguth. W rękach rodziny von Pfeil Pałac pozostał do końca II Wojny Światowej.; Po wojnie zoorganizowano w nim siedzibę zarządu PGR. W 1960 w pałacu utworzono Zespół Szkół Rolniczych z czasem przekształcony w Zespół Szkół Zawodowych i Ogólnokształcących.
